Our business is generating $10 - $20MM / year in revenue.

About the Work

We're a 20 year old business that is making big strides to modernize. We're looking for a forward-thinking Fractional Controller to up-level our financial systems and operations.

Specifically, you'll:

• Help us better manage our financial data and improve our data processes
  • Transition away from manual data entry
  • move from Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise to Quickbooks Online
• Create processes to improve our data accuracy (e.g. messy vendor labels)
• Assist with ongoing audit fieldwork and ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Manage our month-end close
• Work most closely with our VP Finance, and our two-person accounting team

About You

You MUST have:

• 8+ years finance & accounting experience
• You've played a Controller role, or equivalent, at accounting firms and/or in-house
• Familiarity with Quickbooks Desktop (not Quickbooks Online)
• You've worked in companies that have undergone a digitization / modernization effort
• Physically located in the USA only
