Role Description:

This is a remote role for a Fractional CTO with mass email/operations experience. The Fractional CTO will be responsible for driving strategy, hands-on operations and output within our unique, scaled approach to B2B Email Marketing/Cold Outreach.

We're not a garden variety email operation, we have a unique (large-scale) system we've run in place for over 6 years that requires advanced knowledge of email deliverability, hands on operations, people/departmental management & strategic planning in order to succeed.

The right fit for this positions brings the brains, urgency, technical knowledge & operational acumen to make a measurable impact.

What sort of roles will come as part of this position?

• Oversee scaled, cold email operation utilizing a unique approach, responsible for driving measurable growth/output

• Oversee multiple swim lanes of inputs/operations that are critical to mission success

• Manage strategy/operations across various teams/personnel, ensuring quick/accurate implementation of objectives

• Drive strategy/changes when it comes to cold email deliverability at scale, you should have experience with mass email (ideally cold/B2B) to ensure quick integration
