Pix is rethinking how software gets built. AI builds, humans orchestrate. Looking for a Fractional CTO who can lead that shift.

You’ll lead this shift:

• Move from human-coded to AI agent driven systems.
• Implement claude code, copilot workspace, and similar agentic tools.
• Scale by building AI orchestration capacity, not developer headcount.
• Ship 5–10x faster through parallel AI development streams.
• Define what to build, while AI decides how.
• Know where the team needs reinforcement and train people to orchestrate AI, not just code.

You’ll do:

• Ship AI integrated products (b2c apps, smartwatch conversational ai, b2b sport software).
• Direct ai agents to build complete features end-to-end.
• Run multiple AI driven development streams in parallel.
• Integrate and switch between multiple AI providers.
• Maintain quality through AI + human review loops with mandatory security validation for all generated code.

You bring:

• Experience with agentic development (claude, cursor, copilot workspace)
• Understanding of LLM capabilities and failure modes
• Proven record leading tech transformation
• Ability to hire and coach AI orchestrators instead of “traditional” devs
• Know how to code and debug
