Job description

We're looking for a fractional CTO to help drive our longer term Engineering Strategy. We're in the process of building a new product, and want to ensure our Engineering team have the right strategic guidance and mentoring to ensure a successful delivery, against timelines. We would expect someone to "onboard" over an initial 3-5 day period, and then play a fractional role (1-2 days per month) on an ongoing basis.

• Leading our Technology Strategy: Drive the company's technology vision, strategy, and execution to support rapid growth and scalability.
• Innovative Problem-Solving: Leverage cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business challenges and enhance product offerings.
• Team Development & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performing engineering team through effective leadership, mentorship, and professional development.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize technology operations, ensuring robust infrastructure, security, and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Experience in Start-up Environment: Proven track record in scaling tech teams and systems within a start-up or scale-up environment.

Location: Preference for UK but open to other options.
