Position Overview‍

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Fractional CTO to guide our startup’s technical direction and infrastructure. As a key advisor and leader, you’ll work closely with the executive team to align technology with business goals, manage technical teams, and build scalable, innovative solutions.

Responsibilities‍

• Define and implement the company’s technical strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the architecture, development, and scaling of the tech stack.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Evaluate and manage technology risks and ensure cybersecurity best practices.
• Make strategic decisions about technology partnerships, tools, and vendors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions.

Requirements‍

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technical leader.
• Experience in scaling products from MVP to market.
• Strong understanding of startup dynamics and lean development practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
