Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fractional Technology Leader with a strong background in our technology stack: SQL Server, .NET, ASP, JavaScript, MVC, and AWS. The ideal candidate will help enhance our development processes through AI solutions, manage security, and streamline our legacy codebase. Experience in healthcare settings, EMR/EHR/HIPAA, is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Multiply Developer Output Using AI & Secure Code Access
• Implement AI tools to boost developer productivity using GitHub Copilot and streamline database update processes.
• Establish secure workflows for code and data access using role-based access control (RBAC).
• Deliverables: "Developer Playbook" for AI integration and secure access protocols.
• ‍Agency Vetting and Onboarding
• Identify and vet external development agencies with deep resources.
• ‍Our Immediate Goal: Find an agency that can provide an EST senior developer.
• ‍Deliverables: Onboarding process for a new developer with recommendations on how to safely secure code and databases for the new developer.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SQL Server, .NET, ASP, JavaScript, MVC, and AWS.
• Proven ability to implement AI tools for developer productivity.
• Knowledge of database management, cybersecurity, and healthcare compliance.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a must.
