Homestream is building the AI-native platform that helps real estate investors find, analyze, and close on investment properties in minutes, not hours. Today, investors bounce between Zillow, spreadsheets, comps, rehab estimates, and lenders — by the time the analysis is done, the deal is gone. We’re fixing that.

We’re looking for a technical co-founder–caliber leader to own our product + engineering end-to-end: architecture, data architecture, execution, and team-building. If you love shipping, can move fast with high standards, and want to build a category-defining PropTech company from the ground up, let’s talk.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead engineering and product execution from MVP → 1 (and beyond)
• Architect our AI + data pipeline (property data ingestion, comps/ARV logic, underwriting scenarios)
• Build and iterate a world-class user experience (investor workflows + lender-ready outputs)
• Establish best practices: CI/CD, security, testing, observability, performance
• Hire and mentor early engineers as we scale

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong full-stack + systems instincts, comfortable with complex data sets (you’ve built real products, not just prototypes)
• Experience with modern web stacks (Next.js/React, TypeScript, Postgres/Supabase, AWS/GCP)
• Comfort working with AI/LLM workflows and data-heavy products (ETL, APIs, reliability)
• Founder mindset: scrappy, accountable, high-ownership, high-velocity
• Bonus: PropTech, fintech/lending, or real estate underwriting experience
