About The Job

We're seeking an experienced Fractional CTO who excels in full-stack development and AI integration, particularly in Agentic AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to spearhead an exciting digital transformation at Aura. This role requires a strong commercial, strategic, and business mindset to effectively guide technology choices aligned with our overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development team, swiftly identifying skills gaps and effectively hiring to fill critical roles.
• Guide our digital platform from design concept through to successful market launch in a compressed timeline.
• Actively participate in hands-on development tasks, ensuring technical excellence throughout the project.
• Drive Aura’s strategic transition towards becoming an AI-first organisation, integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into our product offerings and internal systems.
• Oversee and optimize our HubSpot CRM system and manage essential integrations using tools like Make and Zapier.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated success in leading technology teams and bringing innovative digital platforms to market.
• Proven hands-on full-stack development capabilities.
• Expertise in designing and implementing AI solutions, with specific experience in Agentic AI and RAG technologies.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and integrations via automation platforms (Make, Zapier).
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven business-oriented approach.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours aligned with UK business hours.
