Context:

We’re working with a profitable, bootstrapped, seed stage company in the residential real estate space that is transitioning from a team of contractors to a team of FTEs and is looking for a fractional CTO to help them define their hiring roadmap and strategy. They need to replace 3 contractors who are currently working across a couple of laravel apps, a react app, and some homegrown semi-automated ETL infrastructure.

You have experience building ETL pipelines
You have 10+ years experience
