About Us
We're building software for clinics and wellness providers that handles dosing compliance, patient management, and provider workflows - purpose-built for the longevity and peptide therapy space.
We have about 50 clinics as customers today, and a team of 20 employees. We're generating about $1MM per year, and expect to have a $10MM+ run rate by the end of the year.
About the Work
Our leadership is wanting to have a more capable leader to oversee our offshore engineering team. We're looking for a Fractional CTO to provide this oversight, and make sure we're building the best software we can be.
Specifically, you'll:
- Own engineering across our three different products
- Manage our offshore dev team, based in Eastern Europe, keeping them on time and on target
- Guide our architecture so that we're building in a scalable and compliant way
- Advise on how to best integrate our platform with other healthcare systems (EMRs, pharmacies, etc.)
- Help us improve our RAG-based AI system designed for recommending protocols and treatments
- Be hands-on in the codebase as needed
- Work most closely with our CEO and co-founders
Tech stack:
- React + Node (Typescript)
- Postgres
About You
You MUST have:
- Been a CTO, VP, or Head of Engineering for other early and growth-stage tech startups
- Significant healthtech experience - you've spent years building consumer and/or B2B healthtech products for the US market
- Experience building integrations with other healthcare providers and systems
- Built production-grade AI features in a healthcare context (ideally RAG systems)
- Managed offshore dev teams, and know the nuances of how to hold them accountable
- Comfortable owning architecture for our modern tech stack
- Based in the USA only
Some nice-to-haves:
- Functional healthcare experience, or telehealth experience
- Can be hands-on coding as needed
