About Us
Our platform helps high-needs patients find the right therapists and healthcare services. We connect patients with providers who specialize in conditions like autism, speech delays, Alzheimer's, and chronic illnesses, and provide detailed information to make informed decisions.
We currently serve over 135,000 customers in the state of Florida, and just signed our first B2B contract as well.
About the Work
We're looking for a healthcare-minded Fractional CTO who can help us scale our product so we can serve more customers.
Specifically, you'll:
- Manage an engineering team that includes:
- A senior engineer
- A junior engineer
- An engineer focused just on API integrations
- Act as the technical lead owning architecture and infrastructure decisions
- Perform code reviews, and potentially step into the codebase as needed
- Help us automate our data pipelines
- Ensure everything we do is fully HIPAA-compliant, maintaining strict data privacy
- Help the team react to changing needs quickly as we get feedback from our customers
Tech stack:
- Python/Flask
- Azure
- MS SQL
About You
You MUST have:
- Been a CTO, Head of, Director, or equivalent Engineering leader at other early-stage startups
- A significant background in health-tech and HIPAA compliance, specifically
- If you're not extremely well-versed in HIPAA compliance and data privacy, we won't be the right fit
- Comfortable with our tech stack above
- Based in the USA
