About Us
We're a boutique Wall Street firm that provides research, data, and services to institutional investors that trade international markets. We're in the process of a major digital transformation, building a platform that will become the one-stop shop for local research and custody across 100+ international markets.
About the Work
In the midst of our digital transformation, we're in need of seasoned expertise that can help us make the best choices. We're looking for a Fractional CTO to evaluate our current plans, ensure we're making the right engineering decisions, and guide us through a successful transition.
Specifically, you'll:
- Review and validate our planned architecture, system designs, database models, and technology choices
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to our small development team
- Provide guidance on our MVP / POCs, used to gather client and stakeholder feedback
- Occasional hands-on coding when necessary
- Help hire additional engineers or a dev shop as needed
- Work most closely with our Product Lead, and company leadership
About You
You MUST have:
- Been a CTO or VP at early and growth stage fintech startups
- Deep familiarity with US-based financial services, including regulatory and compliance requirements
- Significant experience working with huge datasets and data migrations
- Highly comfortable with AI-driven development workflows
Nice-to-haves:
- A background in traditional financial services
- You understand broker-dealer requirements, how custody works, and other regulatory requirements
- You've led successful transitions from legacy systems to modern architectures
- You have access to additional engineers or agencies to bring in as needed
How to Get in Touch
Hit that "Request Intro" button below. Include any relevant links so we can get to know you better.

- Any work you've done replacing legacy systems with modern platforms
If we think there's a fit, we'll reach out to schedule an intro call. Looking forward!
