About The Job
Radius is a startup building a mobile-first, proximity-powered platform. We’re rethinking how people connect in physical spaces—using intelligent matching and real-time visibility (details shared after NDA).
We’re early but serious: patent pending, founder-funded, and actively forming the core team.
What We’re Looking For
• Mobile development experience (iOS, Android, or cross-platform)
• Familiarity with proximity-based tech (BLE, NFC, geofencing, peer-to-peer protocols)
• Startup or MVP buildout experience
• Comfort working with ambiguity and defining technical strategy from scratch
• Bonus: AI integration experience (recommendations, NLP, etc.)
What You’ll Do
• Architect the MVP with the founder
• Translate high-level product vision into a scoped technical roadmap
• Lead or advise hiring of additional dev talent
• Collaborate on security, data privacy, and system scalability
