About The Job
Company: Align and Thrive
Location: Remote (PST preferred)
Engagement: ~20–25 hours/month
Compensation: $2,500–$4,500/month depending on experience
Equity or performance-based upside negotiable for the right candidate
About Us
Align and Thrive is a lean, multi-vertical startup reimagining modern living—from home services to wellness e-commerce and (soon) med spa care. We deliver real care—for your home, your health, and your sense of self. With a marketing engine, contractor network, and subscription model in motion, we’re seeking a Fractional CTO to unify our tech stack and prepare us to scale. We’re operating in fast-paced startup mode, but with long-term vision and funding strategy in place.
What You’ll Own
- Finalize tech integrations across:
- Jobber (contractor services)
- Shopify (e-commerce)
- Zoho One (CRM/operations)
- Evaluate & integrate AI tools for scheduling, automation, and engagement
- Map and future-proof systems for HIPAA-compliant Med Spa offerings (telehealth, secure records)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CMO, Admin, and future CFO
- Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable, secure solutions
What You Bring
- 5+ years of CTO, senior developer, or fractional technical leadership experience
- Prior startup or multi-vertical experience preferred
- Hands-on familiarity with Jobber, Shopify, Zoho, and AI automation platforms (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT integrations)
Bonus:
- Experience with HIPAA compliance or telehealth platforms
- Strong communication, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to work async with distributed teams
