We're a crypto investing app that makes investing in the most promising, vetted DeFi projects as easy as buying stock.

Our product is live and in beta now, and we're planning a big go-to-market push in the fall, targeting spanish-speaking web3 investors.

About the Work

We're looking for a Fractional CMO to set our go-to-market strategy, designed to acquire our initial customer base.

Specifically, you'll:

• Create the strategy that grows our community from zero
• Experiment to find the right user acquisition channels (paid, social, etc.)
• Work closely with the CEO, teaching by example what great marketing looks like (his background is in Operations)

This is a strategy-focused role, NOT execution-oriented. You'll either work with other team members to execute, or help hire junior marketers to execute.

About You

We're looking for a web3 expert who's been there, done that AND can show us examples.

You should meet all the following criteria:

• Significant web3 marketing experience, preferably in DeFi specifically
• Have built successful communities from scratch, from zero
• A generalist marketer that can flex across a wide range of marketing tactics
  • If you're purely a specialist e.g. "paid media", it won't be a fit
• A big plus if you speak Spanish, but not required
