About The Role
Learntastic is seeking an accomplished Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with proven C-suite leadership experience and deep expertise in digital-first growth strategies. The ideal candidate is a senior executive who has scaled marketing operations, led cross-functional teams, and driven measurable results across digital channels.This role requires both high-level strategic vision and the ability to roll up your sleeves to ensure execution excellence. As part of the executive leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping our growth trajectory and ensuring marketing efforts are fully aligned with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership
- Serve as a senior advisor to the CEO and leadership team on marketing, growth, and customer acquisition strategy
- Represent Marketing at the C-suite level, ensuring alignment with company goals and board expectation.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Architect and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliates, and automation
- Own the full marketing funnel: awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and brand advocacy
Team & Resource Leadership
- Provide direction to internal marketing teams and agency partners, ensuring accountability for performance
- Mentor and elevate internal talent, building a high-performing digital marketing function
Data & Performance Optimization
- Establish a metrics-driven culture with clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Optimize spend allocation across digital channels to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value
Brand Positioning & Customer Insights
- Strengthen brand presence across platforms with consistent, compelling storytelling
- Leverage data and insights to refine customer segmentation and journey mapping
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years in Marketing, including 5+ years in C-suite or senior executive leadership roles
- Proven success in scaling digital-first organizations with measurable growth outcomes
- Strong command of SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, performance marketing, and analytics
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
