We're a boutique fractional CFO and accounting firm specializing in food & beverage, CPG, and retail companies. We provide high-touch financial leadership and accounting services to growing businesses that need CFO-level expertise but aren't ready for a full-time hire. Our clients range from emerging brands to established multi-location operations, and we pride ourselves on understanding the unique challenges of the consumer goods and retail sectors.
About the Work
We're looking for an experienced fractional CFO to join our team and take on 2-3 client engagements. The ideal candidate brings deep financial leadership experience, can operate autonomously with clients, and thrives in the dynamic environment of growing consumer businesses. You'll be responsible for the full scope of CFO services—from monthly financial reporting and cash flow management to strategic planning, fundraising support, and board-level communication.
This role requires someone who can build trusted relationships with founders and leadership teams, translate complex financial data into actionable insights, and provide hands-on guidance through growth phases, operational challenges, and strategic decisions.
About You
Experience in food & beverage, CPG, or retail is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable managing multi-entity structures, understanding unit economics, and advising on everything from pricing strategy to capital raises.
