Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Provide actionable insights through financial analysis and reporting
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
• Advise on capital allocation and cost optimization

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior finance roles, including CFO or equivalent
• Proven track record in strategic planning and financial leadership
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in bootstrapped software companies or tech startups preferred
• CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus but not required
