We are looking for an accomplished Fractional CFO to provide high-level project-related support to the PERSOWN Executive Team.  This is a part-time position, working remotely. We are based in Central & Northeast Florida.

Responsibilities:

• May recruit, interview, hire, and train junior administrative staff in the department.
  
• Provides high-level finance and accounting project support and assistance to the CFO/COO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  

Performs research, analysis and implementation of financial and accounting projects, including:

• Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) research and analysis,
• Going Public research and analysis
• Structuring capital raises
• Financial analysis projects
• Performs additional duties as assigned by executives
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  
• Extensive knowledge of accounting, finance, capital raises, public company transactions, auditing, cash management
  
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
  
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation
  
• Public company experience
  
• Previous CFO experience preferred
