Position Summary

The Fractional CFO will work part-time or on a project basis, providing strategic financial guidance and expertise. You’ll collaborate with our leadership team to make informed decisions, optimize financial processes, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our business goals.
• Investment Planning: Lead the development of investment plans and financial models to support fundraising efforts, including the upcoming seed round.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the creation of accurate budgets and financial forecasts, including projected staffing costs, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
• Financial Reporting: Review financial statements, analyze performance, and communicate insights.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Investment Decisions: Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with investors, board members, and other stakeholders.
