Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in Portland, OR. The Fractional CFO/Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. They will manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, while providing strategic insights to support business growth. This role will also involve working closely with leadership to inform financial strategy and decision-making for the company's expansion across the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Financial Planning and demonstrated ability to create effective financial strategies
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining accurate Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Expertise in Finance with advanced Analytical Skills to assess and guide business decisions
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in similar roles, such as CFO or Controller, preferably in small or growing businesses
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Portland, OR
