Why Do We Need You

Our deal flow is accelerating, and we need a finance leader who can:

• Design smart capital structures (seller financing, debt, equity rollovers)
• Own public-company reporting and investor relations—from earnings calls to regulatory filings.
• Partner on transactions—modeling, diligence, SPA terms, and post-close integration.
• Build scalable finance operations that deliver fast, reliable data without unnecessary bureaucracy.

What You’ll Do

• 2–3 days per week as a fractional CFO, working closely with the CEO and deal team.
• Establish a monthly close and reporting discipline that meets exchange standards.
• Lead capital-markets interactions with analysts, lenders, and potential co-investors.
• Support 2–3 acquisitions, ensuring seamless hand-offs from deal to integration.
  

As the platform scales, the role transitions to full-time Group CFO.

• Have led finance in a high-growth, multi-entity environment—public or PE-backed.
• Understand European capital markets, covenants, and disclosure requirements.
• Move quickly, prioritising “good and timely” over “perfect but late.”
