Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Fractional CFO. As the Fractional CFO, you will work closely with the CEO to provide financial leadership and strategy, oversee financial planning and analysis, prepare financial statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align financial goals with strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Planning and ability to develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements
- Advanced knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting practices
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in venture capital, startups, or early-stage companies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
