About Us

Certified ADAS, a fast-growing ADAS calibration service company, is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO (Contractor/1099) to provide strategic financial oversight on a project basis. This is a part-time role (a few hours per week), ideal for a senior-level financial leader with deep M&A and acquisitions expertise.

Responsibilities

• Audit and prepare financial statements for business mergers and acquisitions
• Build and oversee financial models, forecasts, and reporting
• Advise on equity structures, stock options, and capitalization strategies
• Provide financial due diligence and guidance for acquisitions and partnerships
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Collaborate with leadership team on growth strategy and deal structuring

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial consultant
• Expertise in M&A, acquisitions, and financial due diligence
• Ability to structure and advise on stock options and equity planning
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise executives

Engagement Details

• Contractor (1099) – flexible, project-based work
• A few hours per week, depending on active projects
• Remote with occasional in-person meetings as needed
