About Us
Certified ADAS, a fast-growing ADAS calibration service company, is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO (Contractor/1099) to provide strategic financial oversight on a project basis. This is a part-time role (a few hours per week), ideal for a senior-level financial leader with deep M&A and acquisitions expertise.
Responsibilities
- Audit and prepare financial statements for business mergers and acquisitions
- Build and oversee financial models, forecasts, and reporting
- Advise on equity structures, stock options, and capitalization strategies
- Provide financial due diligence and guidance for acquisitions and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Collaborate with leadership team on growth strategy and deal structuring
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial consultant
- Expertise in M&A, acquisitions, and financial due diligence
- Ability to structure and advise on stock options and equity planning
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise executives
Engagement Details
- Contractor (1099) – flexible, project-based work
- A few hours per week, depending on active projects
- Remote with occasional in-person meetings as needed

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
