About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer for a 3-month project to conduct a deep financial audit of Arkiplan’s current business operations. Your mission will be to:

• Assess our financial performance to date.
• Identify opportunities to maximize profitability and ensure consistent cash flow.
• Deliver a detailed, actionable financial plan to guide our growth strategy in 2025.
• This is a strategic role that requires both big-picture thinking and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

Financial Audit & Analysis

• Analyze revenue streams, costs, margins, and cash flow cycles.
• Audit our pricing structure, packages, and payment processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and areas for financial improvement.

Strategic Growth Planning

• Develop a clear, detailed roadmap to scale Arkiplan profitably in 2025.
• Provide financial models to forecast revenue, margins, and cash flow.
• Identify risks and opportunities in scaling operations and increasing lead acquisition.
• Suggest process improvements for financial systems, reporting, and cash management.
• Advise on team structures, technology tools, or external resources to support growth.

Who You Are

• An experienced CFO or senior financial consultant with a track record of scaling SMEs profitably.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to audit and interpret financial data.
• Proven expertise in cash flow management, margin optimization, and growth strategy.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex financial insights into actionable steps.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently to deliver results.

• A flexible, 3-month project with competitive remuneration. The stated budget is for the entire project. We are happy to pay in 3 monthly instalments.
