About Us
We want to make private tutoring more accessible via AI-driven tools. Today our product helps students prepare for major standardized tests with personalized feedback and strategies.
We're growing incredibly quickly, reached $2MM ARR by the end of last school year, and have just raised a large Series A.
About the Work
Our COO has handled our finances up until this point. Now that we've raised a Series A, we're looking for a fractional CFO to bring structure, modeling expertise, and financial strategy as we scale.
Specifically, you'll:
- Build financial models to support planning and decision-making
- Consolidate and track revenue streams across multiple countries
- Develop and implement a treasury policy
- Prepare materials and analysis for board meetings
- Typical cash management and spending analyses
- Get us prepared for a successful Series B
About You
You MUST have:
- Held CFO, VP, Head of Finance titles at other tech startups
- Significant expertise with SaaS business models
- Experience scaling startups through the Seed to Series B range
- Based in the UK only
Nice-to-haves:
- B2C experience
- Managed US-based revenue streams and tax implications
