Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Fractional CFO. The Fractional CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, overseeing financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing accurate financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves collaborating with executive teams to guide overall financial strategy and support key business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and overall Finance management are required.
• Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and preparing Financial Reporting.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify actionable insights.
• Experience and expertise in the cannabis industry or a highly regulated industry are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA designation preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven record of driving financial performance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
