Chief Financial Officer

3DT Holdings LLC (3DT) is looking for a part-time Fractional Chief Financial Officer to provide oversight of the accounting function and take the lead on grant reporting, draws and close outs. 3DT is a fast-moving medical device company with a focus on innovating in high-growth markets. Our unique facility enables rapid design, prototyping, and on-site in-vivo testing of medical devices. 3DT brings together researchers, clinicians, engineers, and technicians to address the significant health care challenges of vascular disease, heart failure, and metabolic disorders through a deep understanding of organ systems. Our products and technologies are used to diagnose or treat a wide range of important medical conditions that affect our society.

As a medical device incubator with primary funding from federal government through SBIR and DARPA- H grants as well as private sponsors. In addition to 3DT, there are three ventures where the company has a controlling stake and provides accounting support. All organizations are on QuickBooks, and 3DT uses the job cost module to track its federal grants in compliance with federal requirements. 3DT has 12 employees with a budget of approximately 3 million.

The ideal candidate would have experience with SBIR and DARPA-H, including draws and reporting with strong excel and financial planning and analysis experience. Bachelor of Science (BSc), degree is required.
