Our flexible GL was designed for enterprises with multiple entities and complex reporting requirements and easily integrates with other systems. We help industries such as financial services, investment management, entertainment, energy services and retail make data-driven decisions critical to their operations.

We’re looking for a highly-motivated Chief Accounting Officer to join our team on a fractional basis.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare, review and present financial statements on a monthly basis
• Assist in preparing board materials and any other ad hoc presentations
• Draft accounting policy memos, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Prepare and update forecast as needed, with attention to detail and comprehensive expense analysis
• Own treasury functions and banking relationships
• Manage billing and partner relationships, ensuring payments are timely

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in senior accounting position
• CPA
• Public audit experience (preferably big 4)
• Experience in accounting policy
• Deep understanding of GAAP
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player with entrepreneurial spirit
