The Work

We're looking for a Fractional CFO to advise our CEO on the SaaS landscape, best practices, and where the SaaS market is going.

Specifically, you'll:

Review our financials
Advise on our pricing mix, a freemium strategy, and usage-based pricing options
Help guide our company strategy based on your extensive experience with other SaaS products
Take on ad-hoc FP&A work as needed
Attend quarterly board meetings
Meet with our CEO once or twice a month

About You

You MUST have:

An extensive career as a SaaS-specific CFO
A current or recent portfolio of fractional SaaS clients
Significant pricing experience, and ideally have navigated moves from seat-based to other forms of pricing
Experience with high-velocity SaaS, SaaS for SMBs, freemium tiers, PLG models
Board-facing experience

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with accounting firms as a buyer
Highly comfortable using the latest AI tools for your day-to-day work and analyses
