We build software for small accounting firms to manage and exchange documents and messages with their clients.

Stage & proof points:

  • $1M - $5M ARR
  • Team of 10

The Work

We're looking for a Fractional CFO to advise our CEO on the SaaS landscape, best practices, and where the SaaS market is going.

Specifically, you'll:

  • Review our financials
  • Advise on our pricing mix, a freemium strategy, and usage-based pricing options
  • Help guide our company strategy based on your extensive experience with other SaaS products
  • Take on ad-hoc FP&A work as needed
  • Attend quarterly board meetings
  • Meet with our CEO once or twice a month

About You

You MUST have:

  • An extensive career as a SaaS-specific CFO
  • A current or recent portfolio of fractional SaaS clients
  • Significant pricing experience, and ideally have navigated moves from seat-based to other forms of pricing
  • Experience with high-velocity SaaS, SaaS for SMBs, freemium tiers, PLG models
  • Board-facing experience

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience at companies that sell to accounting firms
  • Highly comfortable using the latest AI tools for your day-to-day work and analyses
