Role Overview
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of business development in the leadership, coaching, or consulting space, with established client relationships and a history of exceeding individual and team revenue goals. They will be passionate about coaching and leadership development, adept at articulating our value proposition, and skilled in building and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business markets and opportunities for BenchStrength Coaching's flagship programs, including Women Rising®, Managing Conflict, and Leaders on the Rise®.
- Drive success through revenue generation and pipeline development, ensuring conversion of opportunities into tangible results.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal accountability in meeting revenue targets and pipeline development goals.
- Utilize networking skills to engage with potential clients through various media and affinity groups.
- Leverage exceptional communication skills to effectively represent BenchStrength Coaching's brand and value proposition.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM and pipeline management systems to track and optimize sales activities.
- Participate in RevOps planning, including defining marketing and outreach strategies to optimize the top of the funnel.
- Optional: Previous experience/exposure to building monetized communities.
Qualifications
- Proven history of revenue generation in the leadership development space.
- Strong network of client relationships in the executive coaching and leadership development industry.
- Passion for leadership development and a commitment to driving positive change.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
This is a 1099 position, offering flexibility with a commitment of 25-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
