What we’re building
JaaS39 is developing a new control layer for the SaaS economy.
MycroVault adds an independent authority layer on top of Microsoft control capabilities — governing high-risk administrative actions with explicit approval and verifiable evidence.
This is not a data location problem. It is an authority, accountability, and evidence problem.
Why this matters
In Microsoft 365 environments today:
- Administrators can execute critical actions
- Executives remain accountable
- Organizations struggle to prove who actually approved what
Governance by Expertise
We are introducing:
Governance by Authority
A simple model:
- High-risk actions are blocked by default
- Explicit approval is required
- Every action becomes attributable and provable
Think: a second factor for high-risk admin actions.
The role
We are opening our presence in Miami as a hub for the Americas.
We are looking for a Business Development Lead to:
- develop the Florida market, then expand across the U.S.
- open and structure relationships with MSPs and potential Digital Trustees
- engage enterprise buyers in regulated sectors (insurance, financial services, public sector)
- drive early commercial traction (first contracts, strategic accounts)
- help shape our U.S. go-to-market motion
This is a fractional role to start, with a clear path to full-time as traction builds.
You will work directly with the founders.
What we’re looking for someone who has already operated in complex environments.
Must-have:
- experience selling IT / cloud / security solutions
- experience working with or selling to MSPs
- exposure to regulated environments (insurance, financial services, public sector)
- ability to engage CIO / CISO / Risk / Legal stakeholders
- strong autonomy — you can build from zero
Strong plus:
- experience in cybersecurity
- experience with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra, etc.)
- network in Florida or broader U.S. enterprise/MSP landscape

- This is not a traditional sales role
- You will be helping introduce a new category
- You will work on first-customer contracts in progress, not hypothetical GTM
