About Us

We are a growing e-commerce business specializing in electronic auto parts, with a focus on modules and components for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. Our core business is DTC sales through our website and eBay, and we are expanding into B2B partnerships with auto repair shops and retailers across the US.

We have been in business for about 10 years, generate $10 million in annual revenue, and have a network of over 800 B2B partners already signed up.

About the Work

We have aggressive growth plans for the next few years and believe the way to achieve it is to expand beyond DTC sales and into B2B channels. We're looking for a fractional B2B Sales Lead to own and execute our outreach and relationship-building with these business customers.

Specifically, you'll:

  • Define the right sales strategy for us to be successful
  • Own prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, and closing for new customers
    • Auto repair shops
    • Dealerships
    • Auto parts retailers
    • OEMs
  • Leverage our existing relationships with 800+ B2B partners that have already purchased through us
  • Help us better track sales activity in our CRM
  • Work most closely with the company's Fractional CMO

Compensation: For about 10 hrs / week, we're thinking of ~$2,000 in base monthly retainer, and then commissions ranging from 5% - 15% of gross profits / month. We're open to working out the right arrangement.

About You

You MUST have:

  • 6+ years B2B Sales experience for other eCommerce brands, manufacturers, or distributors
  • Significant industry experience in at least one of the following:
    • auto parts
    • automotive
    • agricultural equipment
    • machinery
    • electronics manufacturing
    • Other after-market products
  • An interest in hands-on Sales work. This is an execution-focused role.
    • If you're best suited to advise sales strategy but not do the selling, we won't be the right fit
  • Based in the USA / Canada only
