Role Description
This is a contract and remote role for a Fractional Automation & Systems Lead in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities include implementing and managing process automation strategies, troubleshooting system issues, designing and executing test cases, and overseeing quality assurance processes. The role involves optimizing workflow systems to enhance operational efficiencies and support the delivery of high-quality psychological services.

Qualifications
- Experience in Process Automation and Automation strategies to streamline workflows
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical or system-related issues
- Proficiency in designing and executing Test Cases to ensure system reliability
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes to maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote role and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and technology is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
