Context

We’re working with a bootstrapped company in the finance space that launched their app earlier this year and is already at a 7 figure run rate.

The team right now is two people, the CEO and the CTO. The CTO has a strong engineering background but limited AI exposure.

They’re looking for someone with experience orchestrating multi agent workflows, setting up / optimizing RAG, and most importantly with a lot of AI-focused observability + quality exposure.

We’ll be fast following here with a 40 hour / week engineer who’d be reporting into you and focused purely on execution.

About You

Roughly in order of importance:

• You have deep observability and quality experience in the AI Infra space
• You have experience orchestrating multi-agent workflows
• You have early stage startup experience
• You have RAG experience
• You have 10+ years experience
