Context:

We’re working with a company that is streamlining the workflows of insurance companies using AI.

Their core product is a ~20 step LLM-based workflow.  It consumes a bunch of documents and a question and uses pinecone to index the documents. It outputs a one page document answering the input question and providing supporting documentation.

They want someone with production AI experience to come in and spearhead efforts to improve this core product. Ideally we’re looking for someone with some level of intuition around how specific changes - prompt changes, workflow changes, fine tuning, swapping models, tweaking their RAG setup, etc. - are gonna effect things. Bonus points for model ops and rails xp.

About You

Roughly in order of importance:

• You have production AI experience
• You have consulting experience
• You have experience working at early stage (~Series A) companies
• You’re a strong hands on IC with a lot of technical breadth
• You have Ops xp
• You have 10+ years experience
