Forward is consulting firm looking to hire a Fractional AI Lead. We work exclusively with independent consultants to help startups build their engineering organizations.
About the Work
We're working with a early stage bootstrapped consumer-focused company that's building agents to take actions on behalf of users to save them money. Those agents need to do things like send emails to and (eventually) call support teams.
There's a team of 2-3 devs in latam that have been working on these agents and they're looking to introduce a fractional lead to support and guide the work of those devs and to do some hands on work alongside those devs bandwidth permitting.
There are two other U.S. based engineers on the team, the CTO and a contractor through Forward, they’re both really strong product engineering and focused on their app. The team is very flat, you’d be in close touch with everyone in the U.S. and have full ownership over AI.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have experience shipping agents to production
- You have experience capturing telemetry data for AI systems
- You have consulting experience
- You have early stage startup experience
- You have 8+ years experience
