‍Viralish produces some of the most-viewed content every month across social media. We're looking for a technically skilled and creatively fearless Fractional Al Video Specialist who can build, test, and evolve the systems that power our billion-view ecosystem. This role is someone excellent at engineering, optimizing, and evolving living systems that adapt with every trend, platform shift, and breakthrough in Al technology.

You'll work directly with Adley Kinsman and the Viralish Growth Team to design Al-first video creation pipelines using Sora Al Video, VEO 3, agentic tool builders and related tools, while maintaining a detailed documentation and iteration process for every system you build.

The ultimate goal: a self-optimizing, agentic content ecosystem that learns, improves, and scales across all Viralish.

Primary Responsibilities

1. AI Agent Development & Pipeline Automation

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic workflows that automate the discovery, formatting, and publishing of top-performing videos.
• Integrate APIs and AI tools (Sora, VEO, Hugging Face, Perplexity, Gamma.ai, etc.) into scalable automation systems.
• Maintain detailed version control, documentation, and system logs for every iteration.
• Implement automated testing and QA processes to ensure reliability and visual integrity.

2. Analytics, Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Build data-driven feedback loops to analyze performance and refine automation logic.
• Establish analytics dashboards for tracking engagement, error rates, and completion metrics.
• Use performance data to guide prompt tuning, model iteration, and workflow optimization
• Document every system improvement to ensure repeatability and scalability.

3. System Integration & Scalability

• Integrate automation pipelines across teams (Creative, Marketing, Coaching) for unified AI workflows.
• Develop frameworks for scaling agentic logic and training modules across multiple use cases.
• Research and prototype emerging AI tools and APIs to continuously expand Viralish’s automation capabilities.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with creative and strategy teams to align automation systems with content goals.
• Support internal teams with AI workflow education, SOP development, and documentation standards.
• Communicate technical updates clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experiences

• Proven experience building AI/ML automation pipelines or agentic workflows.
• Strong skills in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for API integration and automation scripting.
• Deep familiarity with AI video platforms (Sora, VEO, Runway, Pika, etc.).
• Experience using or integrating LLMs and prompt-based systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Understanding of data analytics, performance tracking, and version control tools (GitHub, Notion, LangSmith, or equivalents).
• Excellent documentation habits and commitment to iterative improvement.
• Bonus: experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) or DevOps automation practices.
