Accounting Manager

TCS Mobility is seeking an experienced Fractional Accounting Manager to oversee all aspects of our accounting operations and financial reporting. This role will manage one staff accountant and serve as the key driver of process development, financial accuracy, and actionable insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and provide oversight to the staff accountant.
• Develop and document all accounting processes and internal controls.
• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
• Prepare and present financial statements, including comparative analysis to prior year and to budget.
• Produce detailed divisional financials and analytical summaries that highlight trends and variances.
• Maintain and enhance the company's KPI dashboard to support data-driven management.
• Manage and update the weekly rolling cashflow forecast and advise on liquidity planning.
• Lead special projects such as annual budget development, process automation, and reporting enhancements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven background in accounting leadership (Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar).
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with multiple divisions or business lines.
• Tech-savvy and proactive, with experience building systems for scalability.
• BA Accounting required

Pay rate will be according to experience!
