About INEXION
INEXION is building a next-generation, MSO-enabled platform to support a network of clinically independent, physician-led longevity clinics. Our goal is to create a scalable, compliant operating backbone that allows clinics to focus on patient care while INEXION delivers best-in-class non-clinical operations.
We are early-stage, execution-focused, and building the operating foundation for multi-site expansion.
The Role
We are seeking a Fractional Vice President of Operations to design, build, and run INEXION’s MSO operating model from the ground up.
This role owns all non-clinical MSO services across member clinics — including vendor selection, SOP development, clinic onboarding, and operational performance. You will stand up the system, onboard the first clinic, and prove that the MSO model delivers measurable efficiency, cost savings, and a high-satisfaction clinic experience.
This is a hands-on operator role, not advisory or consulting, with real decision rights and a clear path to full-time executive leadership post-raise.
What You’ll Do
Build and own the MSO operating model supporting INEXION clinics
Design and enforce SOPs, workflows, and operating standards
Select, contract, and manage MSO vendors (finance, HR, marketing ops, revenue cycle, supply chain, tech)
Lead onboarding and operational transition of new clinics
Monitor operational KPIs and continuously improve efficiency and performance
Partner closely with the COO and physician leadership to support scale
What We’re Looking For
Required
Senior leadership experience in MSO or multi-site healthcare operations
Proven ability to run non-clinical services at scale
Experience in early-stage or growth-phase healthcare organizations
Strong vendor management and operational execution background
Preferred
Prior MSO leadership roles
Cash-pay or hybrid cash-pay clinic experience
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
How You Work
Operator-first, pragmatic, and systems-oriented
Comfortable owning outcomes and making decisions
Collaborative and credible with physicians and clinical leaders
Willing to roll up sleeves when needed
