Description: We are a long-term care facility in Washington that provides specialized, individualized care for ventilator-dependent patients
Stage & proof points:

The Work Needed
Problem: Historically we've had enough patient referrals to sustain business, but with increased competition we want to start a more proactive Sales strategy too
Specifically, you'll:
- Do outbound outreach to hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other referral sources
- Build new partnerships that generate a steady flow of patient referrals
- Target durable medical equipment companies, ventilator manufacturers, ALS associations, and muscular dystrophy groups
- Build relationships with discharge planners, social workers, and case coordinators
- Track outreach and referral activity
- Hand off interested patient leads to the owner, who handles tours, assessments, and admissions
About You
You MUST have:
- Acquired patients for healthcare facilities
- Built referral relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers (and sources like discharge planners, social workers, case managers, or facility owners) through outbound outreach, not just inbound relationships
- Worked a remote sales role independently, with no team or manager
- Must be based in the USA only
Nice-to-haves:
- Exposure to at least one of: ventilator or respiratory care, durable medical equipment, ALS or muscular dystrophy associations, or long-term care and skilled nursing
- Sold ventilators or respiratory equipment into facilities
