About the Work
Our Operations team still relies on a lot of manual processes to manage our network of agents, and deliver successful outcomes for our clients. The PM that supports our Ops team is going on paternity leave, and so we're looking for an Interim Senior PM to take the reigns, owning all the internal tooling that our Ops team uses.
Specifically, you'll:
- Lead discovery for both incremental improvements and net new features for our internal delivery and agent-matching tools
- Pair up with the Operations team to prioritize the roadmap
- Instead of writing lengthy PRDs, spin up a prototype yourself using Replit, V0, etc.
- Drive buy-in amongst the Operations team and other internal stakeholders
- Work most closely with two engineering squads (with two tech leads), and a dedicated designer supporting both squads
We're looking for someone to start out on a 6-month contract to cover a paternity leave. If both parties are interested, this could convert into a full-time role after that.
About You
You MUST have:
- You've held Senior PM, Lead PM, Group PM, etc. titles for other B2B tech startups
- Meaningful work building workflow-based internal tooling, operations dashboards, supporting Operations teams, etc.
- Index very highly on product discovery, prototyping, user research, UX, and workflow design
- Expertise in cross-team collaboration, coordination, getting stakeholder buy-in
- Taken products from 0 - 1
- If most of your PM work is optimizing existing products and improving metrics, we won't be the right fit
- Based in the USA only

- AI/ML product experience
