About Us

We're building a SaaS platform to help home improvement contractors to grow their small business.

Over 10,000 contractors use us for their financing, invoicing, payment collections, insurance, and more.

We've raised a Series B from Founders Fund, 8VC, and more.

About the Work

Our biggest bottleneck at the company right now is our ability to prioritize and execute our software roadmap.

We're looking for a Fractional Senior PM to both help us make immediate execution progress and set our product team up for long-term success through hiring the right full-time candidate.

Specifically, you'll:

• Set the strategy and drive the execution for your Product area
• Build an informed roadmap by being equally customer-obsessed (user research) and data-obsessed (data analysis using SQL)
• Help us hire a full-time Senior PM
• Work closely with our CEO and leadership team

NOTE: You'll either hire a full-time Senior PM for us, or hope to convert full-time yourself. Please indicate which you're more interested in when reaching out.

About You

You should meet all the following criteria:

• 8+ years as a PM, with a focus on early-stage startups
• Meaningful experience at a B2B SaaS serving SMB customers, even better if it's home improvement, construction, or fintech related
• You're based in NYC only, and down to work with us in our Hudson Yards office one day a week
• Extremely customer driven
• For data, comfortable using SQL and tools like Amplitude
• Have helped hire other PMs
