With ambitious plans to expand our operations and deliver cutting-edge solutions, we are seeking a seasoned professional to provide strategic guidance and industry insights on a part-time basis.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Fractional Senior Industry Advisor with deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset to guide our business in the warehouse automation and material handling space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in this industry, with at least 10 years of experience and a demonstrated ability to grow businesses or lead transformative projects on a global scale. This is a part-time advisory role, offering flexibility while leveraging your expertise to help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Industry Insights: Provide expert insights into the latest trends, technologies, and challenges in warehouse automation and material handling.
• Strategic Guidance: Advise on long-term strategies to address industry pain points and position our solutions for growth.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to review and refine innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
• Market Analysis: Offer guidance on market research, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship to key team members to enhance their understanding of industry dynamics.
• Networking: Share your industry connections to help identify partnerships, opportunities, and trends.
• Representation: Represent the company as a speaker or panelist at industry conferences, trade shows, and events, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the warehouse automation, material handling, or supply chain technology industry, with a focus on global markets.
• Deep technical knowledge of warehouse automation technologies (e.g., robotics, AS/RS, AGVs, Sorters, Conveyors, WMS, IoT, AI).
• Proven track record of growing businesses or leading successful projects in this space, ideally with international experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Established network of global industry contacts.
• Availability to commit to 5–15 hours per month or as needed.
