Victory Land Sales is a veteran-owned land company specializing in rural Texas land sales. We help hardworking Americans purchase land through simple, transparent processes and flexible terms.

We sold over $12 million in rural Texas land in 2025 and are currently averaging $1.5M+ in monthly sales volume with over $20M in current inventory. With over 4,000 acres sold, we’re now focused on scaling the business, increasing sales efficiency, and building a world-class sales organization.

Now we’re looking for a strong Fractional Sales Manager to help optimize performance, improve accountability, coach the team, and help us scale to the next level.

The Role

This is not a “build from scratch” role.

The systems, CRM, lead flow, and team are already in place. We need an experienced sales leader who can step in, identify opportunities, improve performance, and help scale revenue.

Our primary sales acquisition method is high-volume phone sales. We generate consistent inbound lead flow, and we need a sales manager who knows how to build, train, coach, and perfect a high-performing phone sales team.

This role is heavily focused on:

  • Phone sales optimization
  • Call coaching and objection handling
  • Improving speed-to-lead and follow-up consistency
  • Increasing conversion rates across inbound leads
  • Building elite phone sales habits and accountability

You’ll work directly with ownership to:

  • Increase close rates
  • Improve follow-up consistency
  • Coach and develop sales reps
  • Drive accountability
  • Improve pipeline management
  • Help scale the sales operation
  • Build and refine a world-class phone sales culture

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of 5 land sales reps
  • Train and develop a high-volume phone sales team
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, call reviews, and roleplay sessions
  • Listen to sales calls and improve objection handling and closing skills
  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and CRM usage
  • Improve lead follow-up systems and conversion rates
  • Increase speed-to-lead and outbound call effectiveness
  • Identify weaknesses in the sales process and implement solutions
  • Improve accountability and sales discipline
  • Help recruit and onboard future sales reps as we grow
  • Provide weekly reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Optimize scripts, objection handling, and workflows
  • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on consistency and execution

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience managing remote sales teams
  • Has extensive experience leading phone sales teams
  • Understands high-ticket sales environments
  • Is highly KPI and performance driven
  • Can coach closers and improve conversion rates
  • Has strong CRM and pipeline management experience
  • Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-moving companies
  • Knows how to scale sales teams without creating corporate bureaucracy
  • Can create structure, accountability, and consistency inside a remote sales environment

Compensation

  • $36,000–$60,000+ annually equivalent depending on experience, involvement, and performance
  • Monthly retainer structure: $3,000–$5,000/month
  • Additional performance-based bonuses tied to team production and sales growth
  • Flexible fractional role with remote work flexibility
