About us
LocalEyes is a B2B video production agency. We've been at it for over a decade, we work with mid-market and enterprise clients across the US, and we produce a high volume of projects a year through a small, senior sales team: two Executive Producers who run discovery and close, an Account Executive who owns pipeline movement, and a sales operations coordinator - with an Account Development hire and a second AE coming on this fall.

What this role is
You run the sales team's operating rhythm, coach the people in it, and keep improving how we sell.
Concretely:
- Run the weekly cadence: weekly coaching, weekly performance review 1:1s, Friday numbers.
- Coach follow-through. Our losses are mostly deals that go quiet after the proposal. You'll work with the reps on follow-up discipline, proposal quality, walkthrough calls, and what happens in the two weeks after a proposal goes out.
- Know how each rep sells before you coach them. You'll sit in silently on live calls in your first month and review call recordings every week. You won't run the calls.
- Audit the pipeline weekly in HubSpot. Stale deals, missing next steps, forecast honesty.
- Read the data and tell us what it says. Conversion by stage, by lead source, by rep, by deal size. Where deals stall and why. What changed month over month and what's behind it. You'll turn that into the two or three things the team works on next, not a dashboard nobody reads.
- Improve the process. We've written down how a deal moves from lead to close. Where it's slowing deals down or costing conversion, you'll fix it - propose the change, test it, keep it or kill it based on results.
- Hold the team to the process - and tell the founder when the process is wrong.
- Help onboard two new sales hires this fall.
This is 10 to 15 hours a week, remote, US business hours. Monthly retainer. If it works, it can extend or convert to something bigger.

What this role is not
- Not a closer. The EPs close. You make them better at it.
- Not a marketing role. Lead generation is handled.
- Not a strategy consultant who delivers a deck. You'll be in the 1:1s and on call reviews every week.
- Not a manager who reports what happened. You'll be accountable for the cadence holding and the close rate moving.

Who does well here
- You've run or led a sales team at a B2B services or creative-services company - an agency, a production company, a professional-services firm - and you know what a considered, multi-week sale looks like from the inside.
- You've coached reps on follow-through, not just pitching. You have a point of view on why deals go quiet and what to do about it.
- You're comfortable with numbers. HubSpot fluency, pipeline reviews, reading a conversion rate and knowing what it's telling you.
- You've improved a sales process before, not just run one. You can point to a step you changed and what it did to the numbers.
- You are accountable for your metrics - sales revenue and conversion rate. You understand what impacts these metrics and you know how to improve them if they drop.
