About Us

We're a leading pet insurance brand, with several products for dogs and cats. One of our newer offerings is a wellness plan focused on preventative care.

We have hundreds of employees, and are generating $50MM+ ARR.

About the Work

We want to launch our pet wellness product in the employer benefits space. We're looking for a fractional Sales Lead to open doors with benefits brokers, and begin to build an impactful new channel for our business.

Specifically, you'll:

  • Pitch our wellness product to benefits brokers and employer groups
  • Own the full sales process from first contact to close
  • Help us identify the right customer profiles to be targeting
  • Help validate the opportunity and build a business case to invest more in targeting the employer benefits space
  • Use any existing broker relationships to start outreach right away
  • Work most closely with our Head of Growth

We're open to a retainer-only compensation structure, at $4K - $6K / month, or something that involves a commission component.

About You

You MUST have:

  • Deep experience selling into the employer benefits space
  • Existing relationships with benefits brokers who sell into employers
  • Capable of owning the sales cycle from start to finish
  • Based in the USA only

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with voluntary benefits (pet, dental, vision, life, wellness, etc.)
