Looking for a long-term fractional Talent Partner to recruit year-round across Frugé Seafood and J.T. Meleck Distillers.
We need ~30 hires/year: mix of sales roles, operations, finance (including fractional CFO support), and proactive pipeline development for a predictable hiring system.
Must be U.S.-based, detail-oriented, experienced in building scalable recruiting processes, and ideally familiar with foodservice, CPG or alcohol industries.
