The Company
Description: We're building a marketplace that matches patients and therapists together through a double opt-in process.
Stage and proof points:
- The founder is a clinical psychologist and separately the CEO of a very well-established mental health practice
- The product is built, with 100 therapists signed up so far, and early growth testing shows a healthy CPA
The Work
Problem: We'll be turning on paid ads soon, and when that happens we want to start quickly iterating on our funnel and matchmaking product
Specifically, you'll:
- Own the whole product, including the 3 main components:
- The matching engine
- Patient experience
- Therapist experience
- Conduct interviews with patients and therapists to uncover what's working and what's not
- Improve matchmaking quality, speed, and conversion rate
- Iterate on the onboarding funnel, and partner closely with our growth marketer
- Make product changes yourself using Claude (we have no engineering team)
About You
You MUST have:
- Been a PM for other marketplace products, or similar two-sided platforms
- Experience with mental health products specifically
- Plenty of experience with qualitative research (e.g. user interviews) and quantitative analysis (e.g. funnel analysis)
- Comfort making product changes yourself using Claude (or equiv.)
- Based in the USA / Canada only
Some nice-to-haves:
- Matchmaking algorithm experience
