We're a profitable startup with a fully-remote operating model and a staff of around 80 people, generally spread around Western Europe and the Americas.

About the Role

We are looking for a Fractional Product Design Lead to own our design efforts across the product. This will include a handful of critical application redesigns, improving our information architecture, and more.

This is a fractional role at about 20 hrs / week to start. As we progress, there may be an opportunity to increase the size of our engagement with more hours.

Specifically, you'll:

• Lead the design vision for the V2 version of the app, setting us up to scale our customer base, make our internal team more efficient, and build more trust with our clients
• Work most closely with our Head of Product & Engineering, as well as our PMs
• Collaborate with our Account Managers & Sales folks, the primary users of the product
• Work directly with the engineering team to bring your designs to life

About You

• Important requirement: 7+ years Product Design experience
• Important requirement: Experience working independently within a fast paced remote startup team - you know how to get what you need from folks without much guidance 
• Important requirement: Significant experience designing B2B SaaS products end-to-end, these experiences should be discoverable in your portfolio
  • Experience working with marketing automation or ad management software is a significant bonus (ex. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads Manager), but not required‍
• Important requirement: Based in USA/Canada
  • EST time zone preferably, but not required 
• Comfort owning a feature end-to-end, from user research, concepts, competitive analysis and wireframes to eng-ready product specification
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholder requirements and reviews throughout the design process
• Some frontend dev chops - an ability to write HTML/CSS, get under the hood a bit, and even help us maintain and evolve our software-defined design system would be great but not required
